Cancellation/ Refund / Exchange Policy
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 days of your purchase or within specified time as informed at the time of sale of the product, which in any case cannot be beyond 3 days of its purchase. If the product is damaged in any way or not found to be interfered or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Product was found damaged immediately at the time of delivery.
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product you have received turns out to be damaged or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, not beyond the period as specified for its usage or in any case beyond 3 days of its dispatch by ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD from its stores.
After we receive your product information (Images for verification), our team of professionals will inspect it and after reaching to the conclusion that the product was damaged or was of poor quality, that to due to any act or omission on the part of ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD and the damage or effect in quality has not been caused during transit by the shipper or has been deliberately/inadvertently done by the user shall process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
That it is specified that the products delivered by ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD are food products quality of which also varies with climate conditions or mode of storage. Effect In quality due to any reason for effect of change of climate or storage during transit shall not make ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD entitle for any claim.
Cancellations permitted only before the cut-off time (1 Hours) after placing the order.
- No cancellation of orders will be possible post processing of the order.
- Anandam Sweets Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any delays in delivery after the order has been shipped from our facility.
- In any case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, the payment amount will be refunded as store credit, which will be valid for one year.
- If Anandam Sweets Pvt Ltd suspects any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, Anandam Sweets Pvt Ltd is at sole discretion to cancel such orders. Further such accounts/ customers will be denied access to the use or purchase of products from the website.
Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that the Anandam Sweets Pvt Ltd Sweets PVT. LTD. marketing team has obtained for special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
