this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to
ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually
protect and set expectations on our service.

Subject to stock
availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from
time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil
all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the
available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to
await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to
process a refund.

 

2. Shipping


Costs

2.1 Domestic
Shipping

Shipping costs
are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of
the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the
purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

International Shipping

Shipping costs
are calculated during the checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order (which has been
informed by the shipper to ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD)
. Payment for shipping
will be collected with the purchase by ANANDAM SWEETS
PVT LTD for the shipper
. This price will be the final price for shipping
cost to the customer. Once the order is dispatched, there will be no
cancellation of the order allowed. Additionally, the customer is liable to pay
the custom duty charges levied by the government during the delivery of the
order. In case, the customer does not pay the custom duty charges, Anandam
Sweets PVT Ltd is not liable to refund the order amount to the customer.

 

3. Delivery


Terms

3.1 Transit Time
Domestically

In general,
domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 3 days, and for international
shipments are in transit for 5-10 days, however in case
of any delay ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD shall not be responsible in any manner
whatsoever. WE do not assure for any delivery of time. ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD
only ensures to get the material dispatched through best of the shipments,
apart from the same we are not liable or responsible for any act or omissions
of the Shipper
.

3.2 Dispatch
Time

Orders are
usually dispatched within 1 business days of payment of order Our warehouse
operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on
national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change of
Delivery Address

For change of
delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before
the order has been dispatched. It is stated that in any
change in address may vary the price of delivery charges, which the user is
required to pay before dispatch as and when informed by ANANDAM SWEETS PVT LTD

3.4 Items Out of
Stock

If an item is
out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the
rest of the order.

3.5 Delivery
Time Exceeded

If delivery time
has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an
investigation and if the shipper is found negligent,
appropriate measures hall be taken against the shipper.

 

4. Tracking


Notifications

Upon dispatch,
customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow
the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by
the shipping provider.

 

5. Parcels


Damaged In Transit

If you find a
parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the
courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been
delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next
steps.

6. Duties &

Taxes

Sales tax has
already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7. Cancellations

If you change
your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept
cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has
already been dispatched, the order will not be cancelled.
